Controversial football administrator, Alhaji Kareem Grusah has cautioned Kumasi Asante Kotoko over the appointment of Zdravko Lugarusic as the head coach of the club.
The respected football administrator brought the Croatian tactician to Ghana before he joined Ashgold on the following season.
The Porcupine Warriors have signed Lugarusic on a two years contract and have been charged to win the domestic trophies.
But Alhaji believes the Warriors should have sought for his advice regarding their decision in appointing the Croatian as he would have provided them with the right information about his coaching credentials with their outfit.
“Before his appointment, everybody was having his own view on his coaching role and with sincerity; I don’t have any personal grudge with him.
“But Kotoko should have contacted me first before engaging his services. I would have had something to say about him regarding his coaching credentials due to my in-depth knowledge on his coaching career.
“Right now, it’s too late to make any reverse regarding his appointment and to me I can say that there’s going to be acrimony in their marriage as I foresee it happening in the near future.
“I will not disclose it to the public at the moment as it was obvious during his stint with King Faisal before we parted ways.”
Kotoko is set to embark on a preseason in Libya before the 2016/17 season starts.
