Liberty Professionals captain, Samuel Sarfo has rubbished out claims that his service work affected his performance in his side’s miraculous escape from relegation.
The skipper featured for the scientific soccer lads as they escaped relegation from the country’s top-tier on the final day beating Bechem United 3:0.
Many have claimed combing security work and football affected his focus in playing the premier league but he has denied the claims.
Speaking to Kumasi based Silva fm, Sarfo said, “It’s never true that my police service work did affect my game outings in the just ended league season. You could clearly see that I was very vibrant for my side throughout the league campaign.
“I did my possible best to help my club by putting in much energy in playing our game matches. So for people to be saying or thinking that I was having a divided attention whilst playing in our matches is something I’ll not budge as I’m satisfied with our output as well.” He added.
