Interim coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Michael Osei believes that with the criticisms that he is facing now at the club, the more they criticize him, the more he get stronger.
Kotoko recorded a late win over Dreams FC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday but many have rubbished the penalty Nathan Anaafo awarded to the Porcupine Warriors.
Kotoko had not win a home match since the league resumed which led the management to appoint Malik Jabir as technical manager to assist the coach.
Speaking to Adom Sports, Osei said, “I believe criticism should strengthen me because Kotoko is a big club and as young coach it is a huge privilege for me to coach the team. It was my dream to play and coach the team as well.
“I know the pressure at the club. When I started it was very good; we were winning and the results were good and the same people that praised me are the same people criticizing me so I am not worried about that.” Mickey added.
Kotoko are now with 36 points occupying the 4th position and now play Liberty Professionals in the match day 24 fixtures at the Dansoman Sports Stadium on Sunday.
