Hearts of Oak captain, Robin Gnagne, has sent out a warning to Berekum Chelsea insisting the Phobians will crush them when they play at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday July 20.
Hearts are now top of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League (GPL) table with 34 points after 19 games.
The Ivorian told Class Sports the three points were their main target against the Blues.
“The form we have exhibited in our last few games, which has sent us top of the table, should be enough to scare any other side coming to play us, especially at the Accra Sports Stadium this season. But we still have respect for Berekum Chelsea because they have been one of the stubborn sides in the league”, he stated.
With two points separating Hearts from their arch rivals Kotoko, Gnagne said the club does not want to focus on any club breathing down their neck, but on themselves.
“We don’t want to think about anyone. We are focusing on ourselves because we know our strengths and we know that on our day, no one can stop us.”
Gnagne has been credited for the unity shown by the Phobians on the field of play with his leadership qualities.
