King Faisal Owner, Alhaji Grusah backs the sacking of Sergio Traguil.
The controversial football administrator and the President of Kumasi based Division One Club King Faisal, Alhaji Karim Grusah has added his voice to the current technical woes facing Accra Hearts of Oak.
The Managements of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited on Tuesday 30th August, 2016 issued a statement signed by the head of Communication Kwame Opare Addo informing the general public about the restructuring in Hearts’ Technical Team by resigning the head coach Sergio Traquil to his original position as the Under 20 ( Auroras) with Yaw Preko working as the interim manager till the end of the season.
Sergio Traguil succeeded Japanese coach Kenichi Yatsuhashie as the head coach three months ago, but failed to impress the Phobias family, playing 11 matches with just 2 wins, and the President of King Faisal, Alhaji Grusah believes the club did good in calling the shot on the former Benefica Youth team coach.
“The coach ( Sergio ) and those who brought him to the team should be sacked from Hearts”.
“Am telling you the truth , I watched Berekum Chelsea and Hearts of Oak and I bet you the coach is not a coach”
King Faisal was relegated from Ghana Premier League in 2013/14 season having gained 28 points from 30 matches played and on 14th position, and now playing in ongoing Division One League at Zone Two lying on 13th position with 32 points after playing 27 matches.
