Black Queens head coach; Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has encouraged football clubs in Ghana to take a closer look at talents that will emerge following the launch of the 2017 tertiary football league in Kumasi.
According to the former Black Maidens coach, everybody should get involve in the upcoming league since there will be a good display of football skills by the various teams “we expect Coaches and Scouts of football clubs; from premier teams, Division ones to academies to watch these games in order to observe, identify and develop talents.” He said.
The former Asante Kotoko coach stated that, Universities that will be taking part in the league are with qualified leaders and through them, many talents will be seen.
“we are happy to be part of this excitement. I think from a technical point of view, we can mention on authority that, many of these tertiary institutions that are involved, are manned by qualified personnel.” He added.
The competition will consist of twelve institutions divided into two groups; the southern and northern zones. It will last for a period of ten weeks with the likes of University Of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah university of Science and Technology, Garden City University, Marshall University, Accra Technical University etc. taking part.
The league is poised to hunt for talents who will take sports to the highest peak and not excluding their education.
