Celebrated Ghanaian Coach Sam Ardey passed on after suffering an illness.
The renowned Ghanaian tactician died on Sunday afternoon having battled the said ailment for some time now.
Ardey until recently was working as the Technical Director for Ghana Premier League side WAFA.
He managed Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
The veteran Coach also won bronze with the Ghana U23 team at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona and guided the Black Starlets team to win the FIFA World Cup in 1995.
Funeral arrangement for his burial will be announced soon.
