Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Sergio Traguil has revealed that the team is improving despite recording some uncomfortable results at home.
Sergio has come under intense pressure for failing to win home matches. Supporters of the club have urged the management of the club to show Sergio the exit door and bring back Japanese-American tactician Kenichi Yatsuhatshi.
Indeed Sergio promised to change the style of play and indeed he has fulfilled his promised but the only headache for the team is that they are failing to take up their chances and with only six matches to go, they are at the 3rd position with 40 points.
“I think we are improving. I remember when I came, we were lacking many things but we are doing better now despite losing against WAFA.” Sergio told Asempa Sports in an interview.
“We had a very good game but we couldn’t win against Techiman City. I am going to do my work step by step. We always believe we can win the league and we don’t have nothing to lose so we are doing our work step by step to win the league.” He added.
Hearts of Oak plays Wa All Stars at the Malik Jabir sports Stadium at Wa in the match day 25 fixtures.
